About Visualize Accountants
We are a small, friendly and professional team providing bookkeeping, accountancy, taxation and payroll services to individuals and small to medium size businesses.
We strive to help and support you in whatever way you need us, leaving you to grow your business without the worry.
A Salute To Our Heritage
Occupying over 20 hectares of land at the northern borders of Whitehill and Bordon town, Louisburg Barracks was originally built at the turn of the 20th century to house Field Artillery Regiments.
Broxhead House where BASE now stands, was used to house the Commanding General Officer and later by the Brigade Commander of the Garrison.
World War II
Having survived through World War ll, Louisburg Barracks had already played host to two artillery regiments, a veterinary hospital for artillery horses and became the UK headquarters for the Canadian Army.
Our Heritage. Our Home.
After the war, Broxhead House became the Officers Mess of the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers and the Territorial Army – a place for military personnel to eat, socialise and relax.
Now vacated by the MoD, Broxhead House has been restored and transformed into a high-tech hub to support small businesses.
A Historic Base For innovation
Though modernised throughout, BASE still retains some of the most striking features of the original Broxhead House, including the grand and spacious business lounge and the gable wall of the tranquil Secret Garden.
Even the cigarette burns from those times can still be seen on one of the impressive mantlepieces in the entrance hall.
It is an iconic local landmark and a privilege to be a part of BASE.
Our Team
We are proud of the team we have built here – everyone is dedicated to the service we provide our clients – but we all know how to enjoy ourselves too.
Liza Casteller MICB
Director
I emigrated from South Africa to the UK in 2003 and have run my own bookkeeping business for over 20 years now both in South Africa and in the UK whilst bringing up 2 children.
In 2004 Visualize Accountants was formed. The business has grown steadily and it’s now a strong and stable company that I am very proud of.
I am the crazy one and have a great enthusiasm for the business and love the interaction with all our clients.
Most of our clients come to us on recommendation and I am the one you will meet first when you make contact. I strive to deliver a CAN-DO attitude to everyone.
When I am not working, I spend time with my family, cycling, walking, and gardening. I love socialising and having a gin with friends & family.
Danielle Kinch
Practice Manager
Known for her wild, curly hair and even wilder love for drama – if there's a stage, she's on it (or plotting how to steal the spotlight)!
I’m happiest at the theatre, enjoying beach days with my family, or heading off on peaceful dog walks in the woods.
I also love growing my own veg and finding joy in life’s little moments.
Kevin Brinkman MAAT FCCA
Practice Accountant
I started my accounts training at 18 years old and haven’t looked back, being proud to be both AAT and FCCA qualified.
Having worked in a variety of roles and for a varied size of accountancy firms I feel my role in Visualize lets me exploit my experience in both preparing accounts and advising on company and personal tax. I have a tragic enthusiasm for spreadsheets and love getting my teeth into some number!
When I’m not working, I spend time with family and friends and enjoy following my 3 favourite sports, Tennis, Formula 1 and Boxing. I’m a keen runner and can be seen regularly running along Southsea Seafront far too early in the morning for a sane person to be out. I take part in the Great South Run every year.
Jodi Bishop
Accountant and Bookkeeping Manager
Known for always wearing a smile (and occasionally still getting ID’d – not complaining!).
I bring energy and positivity into everything I do, whether it’s collaborating with colleagues or navigating a lunch menu like a pro. A big fan of food, good conversation, and keeping things social – both in and out of the office.
Famously says yes to everything – classic people pleaser energy!
Hazel Brinkman
Bookkeeper
My decision to change career at nearly 40 years old(!) and join the welcoming and friendly team has been a good one! From an outsider point of view, you really cannot find better.
I am always keen to learn new skills and am currently studying for my AAT qualification. My past career experience is over 16 years of working in the Retail Banking sector and having achieved Cert RBCB status.
I am always keen to share my knowledge, help and educate colleagues and clients alike. I weirdly enjoy being highly organised and will always look to pass any tips or offer any help above and beyond that I can onto our clients!
Outside of Visualize, I really enjoy Pilates. I also love history, archaeology and watching Judge Judy. I have a passion for tennis and I will publicly declare my guilty pleasure is watching Rafael Nadal play!!
Diane O’Dell
Bookkeeper
Always dressed to impress in pretty skirts and dresses, she’s a cake-making extraordinaire – if she’s not baking up a storm, she’s serving sweet treats and even sweeter style with a smile!
Amanda Wright
Bookkeeper
Compared to my team members I am a comparatively newly qualified bookkeeper. After a successful corporate career in customer services, time spent at home with the family and some volunteering, I retrained, and I am loving my decision.
I am a naturally tidy and organised person; some would say obsessive. However, it is particularly helpful with some of our clients who are less structured and fastidious with their paperwork. I am quite happy organising receipts and tracing lost expenses.
When I am not at work, I enjoy group work out classes, eating out and going to the movies. I am currently learning French and hope to get my Day Skipper sailing qualification this year.
Nikki Frullo
Payroll Manager,
I escape from the mainland to go to the Isle of Wight at the weekends where I enjoy running, cycling (don’t be impressed its an e-bike!) and generally relaxing after a busy week!
Claire Heslington
Bookkeeper LLB (Hons), AATQB
I’m happiest with a book in one hand and a garden trowel in the other—or trying out a new recipe while my pets supervise.
I love learning, getting creative with embroidery or in the kitchen, and spending time with my family.
My background as a qualified barrister and police officer taught me the value of detail and discipline, which now quietly supports my work in bookkeeping.
Lyndsay Madden
Bookkeeper
Originally from South Africa, I joined Visualize in 2020. I have enjoyed everything about my job since starting and every day is different.
I have over 30 years of bookkeeping & accounting experience and I have worked in many different industries. I have also studied towards my B.com Accounting degree.
I thoroughly enjoy what I am doing and being part of the Visualize team makes it even more interesting.
I love travelling and I especially love the English countryside.
